Perform all landscaping work on property, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and raking;
Maintain Club vehicles, equipment and boats;
Maintain and perform routine maintenance on buildings, including roof cleaning and gutter maintenance;
Maintain grounds and upkeep on roads, ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail in all seasons;
Support irrigation maintenance duties and minor electrical tasks
