We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who values collaboration, enjoys practicing great medicine, and wants the autonomy to make clinical decisions with the support of an experienced team.
You'll step into an established practice with a loyal client base, experienced support staff, modern equipment, and fellow doctors who believe in sharing ideas and supporting one another. Whether you enjoy surgery, challenging medical cases, preventive care, or building long-term client relationships, you'll have the opportunity to practice your strengths while continuing to grow professionally.

Essential Responsibilities:
What You'll Do- Provide high-quality, compassionate medical care for companion animals
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, routine surgeries, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, and other diagnostic findings to guide patient care
- Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and education
- Partner with fellow veterinarians and the support team to provide collaborative, efficient patient care
- Guide clients through all stages of their pet's life, from preventive care through end-of-life decisions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Practice in accordance with veterinary medical standards, ethics, and applicable regulations
Requirements/
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited program
- Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Collaborative, positive, and team-oriented approach to patient care
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate medicine
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and assist with larger patients or equipment as needed
