Sharp Lawn Maintenance Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Leader to join our team.

• Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew
• Ensure properties are maintained to company standards
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Train and motivate team members
• Communicate effectively with management
• Maintain productivity and quality on all job sites

Minimum 1–3 years of commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping experience

Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in the field
• Knowledge of turf care, plant identification, and horticultural practices
• Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals

• Lawn maintenance experience required
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to safely drive a truck and trailer; ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment
• Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently
• Complete assigned tasks to company standards
• Reliable and punctual every day; dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Must be willing to work weekends when necessary; willingness to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly
• Capable of working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
