We are seeking a service professional who enjoys freedom and flexibility, building relationships, helping others, solving problems, and new challenges! In this role you will protect homes and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests using industry leading technology.

The ideal candidate is independent, confident, organized, efficient, understanding, and customer-oriented with good time management skills, strong communication ability, and a desire to help promote environmental health and safety.

• Inspect and identify solutions to pest problems
• Provide timely and effective solutions on a preset daily route
• Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatments safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention techniques
• Computing basic math problems
• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external
• Maintain accurate records of services complete through use of a SMART device
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment and company vehicles
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure pest problems are resolved.

• Enjoy working outdoors
• Not having a fear of bugs, snakes, rodents, etc.
• Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing and walking
• Be able to carry a 40lb pack on their back
• Be willing and able to crawl through crawl spaces and attics
• Have excellent listening and communication skills
• Be competent with the use of new technology
• Be organized and able to manage their own daily route

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid Florida driver's license with minimal moving violation points
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
