We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual for full-time grounds and yard maintenance of multiple properties. Applicants having their own equipment a plus but must have transportation.
Responsibilities include:- Mowing and cutting grass
- Edging and weed eating
- Weed control and general landscape upkeep
- Trimming hedges, shrubs and bushes
- Removing dead foliage from plants
- Maintaining flower beds and landscaped areas
- Keeping properties clean, neat and professionally maintained
- Removal of all trash and/or debris
- Must be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Must provide your own lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Experience in lawn and landscape maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
