Landscape Workshop is seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn and Ornamental Technician to join our team in Homestead, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in turf management and be dedicated to providing high-quality lawn and pest care services. This role involves a mix of hands-on work in lawn maintenance, turf care, and pest control, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and attention to detail.

• Perform lawn and pest control treatments, including fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicide applications in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Conduct regular assessments of client lawns to ensure optimal health and appearance.
• Diagnose and address common turf and damaging insect issues, providing solutions tailored to each property’s needs.
• Operate lawn care equipment and machinery, including sprayers, spreaders, and other specialized tools.
• Keep accurate records of treatments, materials used and completed tasks.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to ensure all tools are safe and functional.

• Experience: Proven experience in turf management, lawn care, and pest control services.
• Experience: One year with Lawn and Ornamental Pest Control.
• Driver’s License:Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Drug-Free Workplace:Employment is contingent upon adherence to our drug-free workplace policies.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• BMP Certification preferred.

Pay range is dependent upon skills & experience. Typical work hours are 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday, 10 hours/day.
