Harbour Ridge Equine is looking for an experienced equine veterinarian to join our team in Palm City, Florida.

We are a privately owned, forward-thinking equine practice looking for a veterinarian who wants to practice excellent medicine, build meaningful client relationships, have a voice in the practice, and—if desired—work toward a future ownership opportunity.

Located on a beautiful 15-acre property in Palm City, Harbour Ridge Equine provides both ambulatory and haul-in care to a diverse clientele, from high-performance sport horses to beloved backyard companions. Our established caseload includes lameness and sport horse medicine, routine and preventative care, dentistry, reproduction, internal medicine, and emergency care.

• 1-in-4 on-call rotation ~ Approximately one evening per week and one weekend per month
• Friday off following an on-call weekend
• Strong technician and administrative support
• A well-defined service area and established clientele
• A collaborative team that allows doctors to focus on practicing medicine

As an Equine Veterinarian at Harbour Ridge Equine, you will provide high-quality veterinary care through both ambulatory and haul-in appointments, including:

• Lameness and sport horse evaluations
• Routine and preventative care
• Dentistry
• Internal medicine
• Pre-purchase examinations
• Other services based on your interests and strengths

You will have access to an established lameness clientele within a well-defined service area
, while also having the opportunity to develop your own areas of interest.

Starting base salary: $105,000+, negotiable based on experience and area of special interest.

• 25% production commission on professional services
• $175 for each after-hours emergency call serviced
