Heartland Food Products Group in Archer, Florida, seeks an Agronomy/Crop-Side Lead for the Splenda Stevia Farm. This full-time, year-round role supports the Farm Manager on crop planning, field conditions, irrigation timing, fertility, pest pressure, planting and harvest readiness.
The ideal candidate has a strong crop production background, solid agronomic understanding, and is willing to be hands-on in the field, walking fields, observing crops, and helping with daily tasks as needed.
