What you will enjoy doing:

• Provide HSE orientation and onboarding training to contractors in English and Spanish
• Perform daily safety inspections at the construction site
• Monitor contractor activities and personnel, identify safe and unsafe behaviors and conditions
• Bring issues to the notice of the contractor and the site manager and follow up to ensure the gaps are closed on priority
• Participate in morning tool box meetings

What makes you great:

• At least 10 years of construction site experience in an HSE technician or supervisor role
• Relevant certification or diploma in a construction HSE related subject
• OSHA 30 in (Construction) certification
• CHST or CHSM or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent training skills, ability to engage participants in interactive training
• Good communication skill in both English and Spanish
• Willingness and ability to work in the field at least 70% of the time
• Positive attitude and team work capabilities
