Job Summary

We are looking for a Bilingual
Quality Assurance Technician (English/Spanish) to support food safety and quality standards in our production facility. This role focuses on product inspections, documentation, GMP/HACCP compliance, and quality checks throughout the plant.

You will work closely with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to ensure all products meet quality and safety requirements.

Location: Medley, FL
Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | 5 days per week (Saturday occasionally)
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience)

• Inspect products during production and after packaging
• Record quality data such as temperatures, weights, and defects
• Perform GMP and HACCP checks and plant walkthroughs
  
  Complete quality and safety documentation accurately
• Identify and report non-conforming products or materials
• Isolate and hold products that do not meet quality standards
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions
• Help train employees on food safety and quality practices
• Follow all safety, GMP, OSHA, and company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
• HACCP certification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout the plant
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
