Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the quality management system supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in business processes, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator
Location: Havana, FL
Pay: $20.00/hr (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
What's the Job?
- Manage and maintain the quality management system, including calendar management and employee information updates
- Learn and oversee article management processes and associated complex paperwork requirements.
- Conduct internal audits on the production floor to evaluate employee accuracy and adherence to quality standards
- Work with data and tables, ensuring accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting
- Support training records management and assist in process improvements related to quality assurance
What's Needed?
- Proficiency with Excel and strong computer skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to complex quality management systems and paperwork processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Interest in business operations and quality assurance practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
