Quality Assurance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support our quality management system and help ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards. In this role, you will help manage complaint records, perform inspections and audits, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across operations.

• Manage customer complaint records from intake through closure, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to verify product conformity and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct outgoing audits prior to shipment to ensure quality and customer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, audit findings, and training documentation.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on quality-related matters.

• High school diploma required; associate degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or administrative support is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards, inspections, audits, and quality documentation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Comfortable working in a production environment and following safety requirements.
