Quality Control Manager
Job Summary Precast Specialties is seeking a QC Manager – Precast to lead quality control operations and stabilize production standards. This is a critical leadership role responsible for reducing product defects, improving processes, and managing a team of QC professionals.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QC team, ensuring accountability and performance.
Establish and enforce quality control standards and best practices.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and plant leadership to resolve issues.
Support plant operations and ensure production consistency.
Drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
Qualifications Industry Experience Strong experience in precast concrete or related industry.
Deep understanding of quality control processes and production.
Education & CertificationsPCI Level 2 Certification required (or ability to obtain).PCA and FDOT certifications preferred.
Technical Skills Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience with quality systems and production workflows.

Territory & Travel Based in Ft. Pierce, Florida Occasional job site travel
