RTX is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to manage the disposition of quality escapes, drive root cause analysis, and support defect reduction across the manufacturing and supplier network. You will work with Quality Inspectors, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Engineering to ensure product conformity and effective corrective actions.
The role requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of related experience, with proficiency in RCCA, ISO
9001/AS9100 environments, and data-driven quality
