Metrology Technician

At least 1-2 years of experience conducting precise measurements in a manufacturing setting that requires high levels of accuracy and quality.

Hands-on experience operating measurement and inspection equipment such as optical, surface, or dimensional tools.

Strong focus on accuracy, detail, and data integrity when working with tight tolerances.

Ability to follow documented procedures and understand technical requirements and specifications.

Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and GMP standards related to medical device manufacturing is a plus.

Insight Global is looking for a Precision Metrology Technician to support a leading medical device manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing highly accurate dimensional and optical measurements on precision-manufactured components to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory teams, the Precision Metrology Technician will play a key role in verifying measurement accuracy, maintaining detailed and traceable documentation, analyzing measurement data, and supporting product release activities.
