, an award-winning property management company, is hiring a Full-Time Leasing Agent for Monarch Studio Apartments
, a newly renovated multifamily community in Tallahassee, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and driven to lease, lease, lease!

Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Community: Monarch Studio Apartments
Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation: $17–$18/hour (commensurate with experience)
Incentives: Monthly leasing bonus paid per lease
Reports To: Property Manager

• List and update available units on Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and other leasing platforms
• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective resident inquiries
• Coordinate and conduct property tours
• Assist with lease applications, renewals, and leasing paperwork
• Maintain accurate and organized tenant files
• Encourage and track online and in-person rent payments
• Communicate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and unit readiness
• Ensure vacant units are marketed aggressively and leased quickly
• Follow up on all leads within established response-time standards

• Leasing experience preferred (minimum 1 year with references)
• Experience with Entrata or other property management software is a plus
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills
• Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and Tallahassee rental market trends preferred
• Comfortable using MS Office and multiple online platforms
• Ability to work Saturdays (half-day)
