The Appraisal Institute is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Appraiser to join our Florida team in the Tallahassee office. You will handle diverse valuation assignments across property types and purposes, including financial reporting and acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CRE appraisal experience, a Florida CGA license, and proficiency with Argus, Excel, and CoStar. Travel within the Florida Panhandle is expected.
