You will orchestrate architecture, engineering, and construction teams across concept, design development, GFC, FF&E, site execution, and handover, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
The role requires 10–15+ years in project management within real estate, with certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/RICS) preferred, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, and BIM
