Greystar in Durbin, Florida is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal activities for a 256-unit community. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm with rotating weekends. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases to keep occupancy high and residents satisfied.
On-site software includes One Site and Yardi. Prior leasing experience and strong communication skills are a plus for success in this role.
