Real Estate Sales Listing Agent

Empower Home Team is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Listing Agent to represent sellers in a fast-paced, client-first environment. You'll handle listing presentations, pricing strategy, and full-service marketing to showcase homes, supported by strong lead generation, proven systems, and admin support. Responsibilities include advising clients on preparing homes for sale, hosting showings and open houses, negotiating offers, and managing transactions through closing.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with company-generated buyer and seller leads
• Conduct listing presentations and secure exclusive listing agreements
• Research local market data to price homes competitively
• Advise clients on preparing homes for sale and coordinate staging/photography
• Create and execute strong marketing plans for listings across online and offline channels
• Host open houses, showings, and client events to drive buyer interest
• Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and inspection repairs on behalf of clients
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, attorneys, and title companies through closing
• Maintain detailed CRM records, pipelines, and follow-up systems
• Participate in team trainings, coaching, and accountability meetings to improve performance
