Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Northside Transit Village property in Miami, FL. You will lease apartments, assist tenants, and promote the community. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with two Saturdays per month.
The role requires strong customer service, LIHTC knowledge, and experience in leasing, sales, and marketing. Proficiency in property management software like Bluemoon, Yieldstar, and Yardi is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
