Leasing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of apartment homes and community with prospective tenants.
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up to ensure prospective tenants' needs are met.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions and close the deal effectively.
• Prepare and execute leasing documents and agreements.
• Maintain a detailed record of all interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed of market conditions and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional service to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and retention.
