ResponsibilitiesRA position for the evaluation of the Florida Reimbursement Assistance for Medical Education (FRAME) program. This FDOH-funded project will provide the opportunity to work alongside faculty and gain hands-on research and evaluation experience. The RA will provide support for research and administrative project components, including:
- Assisting with quantitative data collection, cleaning and analysis
- Assisting with qualitative data collection and analysis, including assisting with virtual interviews
- Conducting literature reviews
- Supporting project management and administration, e.g., data organization and management, scheduling interviews, communicating with project participants and/or partners, and purchasing and sending study incentives (e.g. gift cards) to selected participants
- Assisting with creation of presentations, data reports and publications
- Participating and documenting outcomes of project team meetings
- Currently seeking a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, health professions, public health) with at least 2 years of college-level coursework
- Proficiency in general computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, time management
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, health professions, public health)
- Understanding of research methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical data analysis software
- Proficiency in qualitative data analysis software NVivo

Anticipated Salary Range$16 - $20 per hour
