Join our culinary team at an exciting new property and help set the standard for exceptional food quality and guest service.

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper food temperatures, portioning, and presentation
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper labeling and storage
• Assist with inventory, prep lists, and daily production needs
• Communicate effectively with the Chef and team regarding specials, shortages, and operational needs
• Support training and mentoring of Cook 2 and Cook 3 team members
• Work quickly and consistently during high-volume service periods
• Maintain accurate food logs and required checklists

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of advanced cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality

• High School diploma or GED
• Food Safety Certification
• Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Certification
• Experience in hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant kitchens
