Responsibilities

Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner, using the appropriate cleaning materials and equipment.

Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that kitchen equipment, such as dishwashing machines, is maintained and operated properly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

Organization: Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of clutter. Properly store dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas.

Assist Kitchen Staff: Support the kitchen team by helping with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables, as needed.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, to maintain a safe working environment.
