The Indigo Road Hospitality - 40 Mark Twain Lane - Responsibilities:
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift and maintain clean service areas throughout shift;
Greet guests as they are seated and respond to guest requests; communicate to server as needed;
Between seatings, take soiled tableware to dish room and sort to designated areas; clean and reset tabletops;
Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests; work as a team;
Maintain a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
