Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our fine dining standards while ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning, including seasonal dishes and specials.
• Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
• Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure it meets our fine dining expectations.
• Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs when necessary.

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and baking.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for culinary arts and commitment to providing exceptional food service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
