Location: Sunset Corners
Westchester General Hospital in Sunset Corners, FL seeks a Lead Cook to prepare meals for patients, staff and catering events following recipes and production sheets, while maintaining sanitary work areas.
Responsibilities include supervising other cooks, adjusting oven temperatures, ensuring diet restrictions are observed, and contributing to CQI efforts; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Work within a hospital kitchen environment, with the potential for varied shifts and overtime as needed.
