We are seeking Sushi Cooks who have refined the art of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Sushi making, but are now looking to learn more.

• 2+ years working as a sushi chef/cook
• Familiar with Japanese cuisine along with classic cooking styles & preparations
• Works well under pressure and with multiple menu items in a high volume restaurant
• Strong knife skills
