Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Sous Chef for their ETLK Grill located at the Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee. The Sous Chef will plan and supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure a quality guest experience while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate will have formal training from an accredited culinary institute and experience in food production. The role also requires stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
