Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine;
Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities;
Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils;
Maintain the silver polishing program;
Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
