• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably restaurant experience, including full service or fast food)
• Self-motivated with a friendly, out-going attitude
• Effectively able to train and lead all team members
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

  Work to continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all team members. Hands on involvement with hiring, scheduling, facilitating training, and evaluating performance

• Focused on product quality and Customer Service:
  Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing details in production, making food to spec, ensuring proper food safety service, cleanliness, and atmosphere
• Cost Controller:
  Setting pars for food, beverage, paper, and eliminating waste/pilferage
• This is a full-time position and requires 50 hours worked per week and may require more hours during peak seasons
