Qualified Candidates will have:

• 2+ years experience as a Broiler Cook in a full service, upscale casual restaurant
• Experience with fresh products
• Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• PM Availability is required, including weekends.
