Overview
Retail Store Manager to join our Team! Earnings: $23.80 to $31.25 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, our Retail Store Managers can earn a lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of total yearly income.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). The Store Manager is accountable for day-to-day store operations and promoting a positive/productive environment. Responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing store employees; recruiting and retaining top talent; maximizing financial goals; managing Customer Relations / Customer Satisfaction; and analyzing store financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjustments are made as needed.
The Store Manager sets the tone for a customer-centric environment and adheres to company values.
The Store Manager commits to the company’s asset protection program through inventory control, policy adherence, and securing customer loans. With internal and external marketing tools, the Store Manager promotes the business and targets new customer acquisitions. All employees work with a variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
This position offers a competitive wage plus a bonus based on store performance. Actual pay is based on location, qualifications, and experience. This position reports to the area’s District Manager.
Responsibilities of a Store Manager(This is a representative list of the general duties the Store Manager position may be asked to perform and is not all-inclusive; other duties may be assigned as needed.)
- Facilitate a customer-centric environment by engaging customers professionally and addressing issues promptly.
- Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, including cash and merchandise handling and asset protection procedures.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal-setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to maintain value and integrity of loans.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development as requested.
- Communicate clearly with employees to align with the store’s mission and profit objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting) in accordance with law.
