We’re looking for an energetic leader who is passionate about retail and team building. As a Retail Store Keyholder, you will help create a positive and empowering work environment while delivering excellent customer service.

$17.50/hr – $17.50/hr (actual pay depends on experience and skills)

• Provide world‑class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
• Master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
• Support store operations, including open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and truck loading
• Manage stewardship of donations and stay current with merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills required
