Must have a little Domino's pizza experience already. Starts at $15 an hour with experience no experience start at minimum wage. Are you ready to take charge and lead a team to success? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Shift Runner to join our dynamic team in Hawthorne, United States. As a Shift Runner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and motivating your team to achieve our goals.

* Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety protocols

* Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service

* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently

* Manage inventory, cash handling, and cost control measures

* Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

* Assist in training and developing new team members

* Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance

* Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

* Must have a little Domino's pizza experience or pizza experience

* No experience starts at minimum wage then will get a raise after training is over.

* Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

* Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocols

* Proficiency in basic math and cash handling

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions

* Must be 18 of age or older

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (preferred)
