Responsibilities

As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Merchandise the Showroom – responsible for the daily reset, ensuring standards maintained, plan review, smooth transitions, markdowns, product orders, document creation, deliveries. Participate in display planning, space optimization, price tagging, audits and reporter of showroom audits.
  • Place & Replenish Home Accents – manage receipt, tagging, placement of accessories, adherence to standards, updating seasonal displays, replenishing per planograms, maintaining full displays.

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Control – accurate RFID tracking, order receiving, weekly variance reviews, PO documentation, audits.
  • Support Sales Department – drive sales via displays, collaborate with GM, provide product information, game plan pricing, participate in update meetings.
  • Visual Team & Merchandising Department Involvement – collaborate, meet weekly, coordinate with planning and leadership, support new showroom set‑ups, provide feedback to Marketing and Operations.
  • Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma from accredited institution.
  • Minimum one year of Visual Merchandising experience within a retail environment (preferred).
  • Monday through Friday 9:30 am–6:30 pm, with limited night and weekend hours.
  • Flexible 40 hours/week, Full Time.
  • Travel may be required for showrooms and new store openings.
  • Minimal personal cell phone use during work hours.
  • Physical requirements:

    retail showroom and warehouse environment, extended standing/walking, lift up to 45 lbs (including on ladder).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Apple iPad knowledge of required applications.
  • General PC knowledge required.
  • Knowledge of AS400 preferred.
  • View and understand CAD drawings.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
