BJ's Wholesale Club - - Responsibilities:
Engage and assist Members with meat, poultry, and seafood questions and recommendations;
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by Members;
Cut, grind, and process fresh meats to company standards and weigh/package/wrap/label accordingly;
Maintain meat department inventory and ensure proper stocking of cases;
Rotate products by expiration date and sanitize equipment and display areas
