Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various guides;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of food;
Assist in ensuring adequate scheduling coverage and support to Store Manager;
Record perishable markdowns and manage inventory to reduce losses.
