Location: Bronson

Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, and Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using order guides and sales history;
Train associates in presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of food in compliance with regulations;
Assist in scheduling coverage and monitor team performance;
Record perishable markdowns and inventory levels; ensure sanitation and compliance.
