Manage Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.;
Train associates in stocking, handling of food, safety compliance, and plan-o-grams.;
Record perishable markdowns and inventory levels; analyze causes and take corrective actions.;
Ensure sanitation standards and assist with other operational areas as directed by the Store Manager..
