Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance;
Manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating, and building displays; assist with inventory control and planograms;
Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, deposits, and related procedures.
