Provide superior customer service leadership, greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases;
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week;
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance;
Follow company processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, rotating merchandise, and building displays;
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and accuracy and cash handling procedures.
