Location: Port Saint Joe
Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Function as a cashier and/or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager.;
Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store and stock merchandise; rotate and face merchandise on shelves and build merchandise displays.;
Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase; bag merchandise; collect payment and make change.;
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist in locating merchandise; maintain a clean, well-organized store and safe environment.;
Open and/or close the store under the direction of the Area Manager; monitor cash levels, cashier accountability, and security procedures..
