• Verifies pulled orders have the appropriate quantities and the correct item selection.
• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Fulfills Member wholesale trade orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, ensuring appropriate expiration dates, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing appropriately, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until orders ship, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Operates forklift safely by picking up, moving, placing and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Organizes wholesale trade merchandise onto pallets, containers or trucks to ensure loads are stacked, balanced and documented appropriately in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensures all necessary documentation is signed in accordance with Company policies and that appropriate shipping documentation is released to the shipping company.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
