Domino’s Pizza is looking for a general manager who can lead a team, drive sales, maintain quality, and ensure a positive work environment.

• Manage all shift operations, including cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost and cash control, food management, scheduling, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Deliver products, flyers, and door hangers by car; navigate delivery routes efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and operational equipment.
• Provide training and orientation to new team members.
• Process financial transactions and provide correct monetary change.
• Communicate orders verbally and in writing, both in person and over the phone.

• Experience in retail or fast‑food management is preferred.
• Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Proficient in using a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand for most tasks, walk short distances, lift up to 50 lb, bend, and reach at various heights.

Exposure to varying indoor temperatures (36–90 °F), food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tool areas, and mechanical parts. The role requires standing most of the shift, walking short distances, lifting heavy items, and performing repetitive motions such as bending and reaching.

Deliver product by car, including flyers and door hangers, and navigate a designated delivery area. Delivery personnel must travel between store and vehicle and between vehicle and customer locations.

• Navigate maps, find addresses, and handle adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Coordinate eye, hand, and finger movements for precise, rapid work such as making precise changes with a calculator.
• Use motor coordination to prepare food, operate kitchen equipment, and handle safety concerns like hot surfaces and sharp edges.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers in a fast‑paced environment.
