Do you have strong leadership skills, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Sud Stop Car Wash is looking for an energetic and dependable Shift Lead to join our team in Tampa, FL
.

What You’ll DoLead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
What We’re Looking ForPrevious leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
Customer service and/or sales experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
Weekend and holiday availability
At least 1+ year of express car wash experience
