Manage the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager with inventory management, merchandise presentation, and customer service.;
Ensure sanitation and safety compliance in the Perishable departments.;
Train associates in proper stocking, rotation, pricing, and food handling.;
Record perishable markdowns and manage inventory levels per Store Support Center requests..
