Sprouts Farmers Market - - Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of cashiers and provide direction/support to Cashiers and Courtesy Clerks;
Visit registers to ensure excellent customer service and assist with operational issues;
Assign store sweeps and monitor/maintain cash register supply levels;
Schedule and oversee proper execution of meal and rest breaks in compliance with policy and state requirements;
Assist in hiring and training of new Cashiers and taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions
