The Club at Bella Collina is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Pro Shop Attendant to join our golf operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a hospitality-focused environment and has a passion for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

The Pro Shop Attendant plays an important role in the daily operation of the golf shop by assisting members and guests, merchandise sales, answering phones, and supporting the golf operation to ensure an outstanding club experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Golf knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Welcome members and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Check in golfers for tee times and process daily play.
• Operate the point-of-sale system for golf fees, merchandise, and other transactions.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with golf-related inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked golf shop.
• Fold, display, and replenish merchandise.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the pro shop.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
